Use of tablets on the pre-school brain.

Boston University School of Medicine research has shown when parents use tablets or smartphones to divert childrens’ attention, this could be detrimental to “their social-emotional development”. Furthermore, interactive screen time below three years of age could also impair a child’s development of the skills needed for maths and science. What can parents do then? There are these usual alternatives e.g. read book, building blocks, volunteering at Doctor BB, take a stroll along the nearby parks etc...
